What you should do is:

- Quote from Account Manager (AM)
- Job approved
- Creating the job in our Project management system (F1) and send hand-over email to Project Manager (PM) (from Account Manager)
- Prepare the files for translation (Optional Account Manager(AM)/Project Manager (PM)/Desctop Publishing(DTP))
- Language Leader (LL) assigns the job to the appropriate linguists for each step.
- Perform the requested services (Project Manager (PM) is responsible for all these steps)
- Project Manager (PM)/ Account Manager (AM) returns the files to the client.
- Questions and follow-ups from the client.
