This college which is also a non-profit organization is located in Shenyang, Liaoning Province, China under the provincial government. Being a subordinate to Liaoning Province people\u2019s Government, the school consists of eight different categories which includes; philosophy, economics, law, pedagogy, literature, science, engineering science and management science. The university is comprised of 18 colleges and divided into 30 different departments. These various colleges and departments offer a total of 47 programs for students studying for a bachelor&#8217;s degree and 31 for those studying towards a master&#8217;s degree.
